FAQ

Why Are You Doing This?

We explain why we’re doing this in our press release. It explains the acute nutritional problem kids have and what we’re doing to fix it.

No Really, Why Are You Doing This?

We love music and think we can influence kids in a positive way. This project is a huge amount of fun for all of us. We learn from one another and sharpen our skills when we come together. Why not spend that time positively?

A lot of very smart people are working on getting healthy food in front of kids. We’re tackling the problem from the other angle. How do we create demand among kids for vegetables? If we can teach them when they’re young, they will carry these habits through their entire lives.

Who Are You?

We’re a group of regular Joes. Actually, it’s 2 Joes, a Sasha, and a Russell. Have a look at our bios on the About Us page. If you have any questions for us, feel free to reach out.

Why Did You Launch a Kickstarter Campaign?

We did it for a couple of reasons. Firstly, we want to produce top quality content that kids will actually enjoy. We’re going up against the marketing powers of big businesses interested in maintaining the status quo in nutrition, and making top quality content isn’t cheap. We need producers, studio time, and the backing of a recognizable artist or two to get this out to the public. All of that costs an arm and a leg, so we’re asking the internet for some cash.

We’re launching the Kickstarter campaign to drive awareness and get buy-in from a larger community. The effectiveness of what we’re doing hinges on our ability to reach as many kids as possible. To do that, we need the help of world wide web!

Will You Make Music About Things Besides Vegetables?

We’d like to, but right now, we’re completely focused on Veggie Beats. Although, we hope to get the opportunity to write about brushing your teeth and doing your homework, too.

Where Do You Live?

We are in the beautiful city of Denver, Colorado. All 4 of us attended college here, and intend to stay here for the rest of our lives. We truly love it in Colorado.
